Alberi Custodi is located in the countryside of Corinaldo (Ancona) in a yurt and a small cottage, immersed in a botanical forest with a small lake nearby, between an organic vineyard and an olive grove. We offer and host retreats.
Mother Earth teaches us the importance of following the seasons and living according to her rhythms. We believe in honouring the constant changing of seasons that naturally take place during the year, and therefore honour the cyclical changes that also occur within us in a sacred view. Living in connection with nature and the elements helps preserve the wisdom of, not only following, but also collaborating with the natural environment around us.
Founders
Enrico Bucci and Anja Firing Gravningsmyr, the founders of Alberi Custodi, have many years of experience working with groups, individuals and families.
The place itself is created in nature to sustain a “down to earth” experience and a deeper feeling of existing, all at the same time. In other words, where the material and spiritual world meet.
Alberi Custodi has throughout the years developed to be that special place in our hearts where we can regenerate from a deeper understanding through all the arts, healing drum circles and rituals, spiritual interaction with wild horses, sweat lodge, family constellations, dance therapy and more. Enrico Bucci
Co-Founder of Alberi Custodi
Passionate about nature and spirituality since he was a boy, Enrico has, over the past 25 years, studied and practiced holistic disciplines such as Reiki and Pranic Healing, as well as ways to interact with nature through energies, such as shamanism, wild alchemy, and natural horseback riding.

Our philosophy is to rediscover the same values in nature around us and to actively stay connected throughout the medicine wheel of the years passing.
Our goal is to broaden the awareness of the close connection between the spiritual and the material worlds.
To comprehend where you are coming from, where you are and to then determine where you want to go, it is necessary to fully understand your own nature. The anatomy in the spiritual world, makes it a complex voyage, but nonetheless important for personal growth and inner peace.
All our events and retreats are related to nature, or perhaps even more accurate, to the evolutional movements found in nature. The human being has, since the beginning of time, found ways to orient himself in space and time. Studying the cycles of the seasons and how everything continuously and naturally transform. All types of medicine wheels reveal a parallel universe within ourself. Every possible image which nature can provide becomes a clear way of understanding our spirit, soul and who we are.
Alberi Custodi
Alberi Custodi is italian and means Guardian Trees. This is a word-game with Angeli Custodi, which means Guardian Angels. Trees are truly the resilient guardians of this planet, holding a deep knowledge stretching into earth and their branches into heaven, always growing in all four directions, always being connected to each other with their roots.

This calendar is based on studies of Rudolf Steiner, the orthodox icon imagery, astrology and the Runebomme paintings (Sami drum symbols).
Il Cammino di Sophia founded by Amanda Louise Michel Arruzza Chalchicuauhcoatl has been an important part of the growth of Alberi Custodi, offering her profession over the years.
7/7/25 at Alberi Custodi Amanda was given the ceremonial initiation to Temazcal Xiuh Tlazolteotl and Venerabile Huehuetl by Abuela Tonalmitl from the Moon Dance Xochimetztli in Mexico.
